What are Ventilation Duct G Clamps?

Ventilation duct G-clamps are part of the HVAC duct fittings used to secure duct flange profiles to connect two rectangular ducts.

Ventilation duct G-clamps, also called Duct Flange G-clamps or Air Duct clamps,  are widely used in HVAC and air conditioning installation, like rectangular ductwork projects and connecting rectangular air conditioning ducts. All Ventilation Duct G-clamps are delivered with pre-installed M8 x 25mm screws.

How to use Ventilation Duct G-clamps?

SuperAir Ventilation Duct G-clamps are usually designed to fasten rectangular ventilation ducts. They are used for joining series 20 duct flanges, series 30 duct flanges, and series 40 duct flanges. To ensure a secure and strong connection on the duct flanges, ventilation duct G-clamps are usually used in conjunction with corners,  two ventilation duct G-clamps/corners are recommended not to exceed 250 mm in length along the rectangular flanges.

Ventilation Duct G clamps are used not only to join two rectangular duct sections. SuperAir Ventilation Duct G clamps with a 25 mm screw bolt can be used for fastening rectangular ducts to square fire dampers and multi-blade ventilation dampers.
