Overview

DC47-00006V is a dedicated stainless steel heating tube for Samsung products, with a rated voltage of 230V and a power of 2000W. It is compatible with multiple Samsung drum models. If the heating fails, it will result in no temperature rise and a “HE” error message. To replace it, disassemble from the rear of the machine and install the sealing ring properly to prevent water leakage.

Installation

• Power and water supply are cut off. Remove the back cover of the washing machine.
• Unplug the two power lines of the heating tube and loosen the fixing screws.
• Pull out the old heating tube, clean the scale in the inner tank installation slot.
• After inserting the new tube and fitting the sealing ring, push it into the installation position and lock the screw.
• Restore the wiring, reinstall the rear cover, and test for water leakage.
