Installation

• Power off and drain water: Cut off the power supply of the washing machine, empty the remaining water in the drum, and tilt the body of the machine to facilitate bottom operation.
• Remove the guard plate: Remove the dust cover plate at the bottom of the machine, exposing the connection terminals of the heating tube flange.
• Unplug and dismantle: Remove the two power lines of the heating tube and the NTC sensor wiring bundle from the heating tube, and unscrew the flange fixing nut.
• Remove the old parts: Push out the old heating tube from the inner side of the drum, clean the scale and impurities in the installation slot.
• Fix and install the new parts: Place the new sealing ring flat and push it into the cavity, lock the flange nut to ensure no leakage of water.
• Restore the wiring: Reinsert the power lines of the heating tube and the temperature control probe, and reinstall the bottom cover.
• Test water: Power on and run the machine with hot water for cleaning, check for no water leakage at the interface and normal temperature rise.

Note

• Before installation, the power supply and water supply must be cut off, and the accumulated water in the bucket should be drained through the emergency drainage pipe to prevent electric shock or water leakage.
• During installation, the interface markings must be aligned. It is strictly prohibited to connect the wrong electrical plugs; otherwise, the pump body motor may be burned out.
• After replacement, conduct a single drainage test run first to confirm that there is no water leakage or abnormal sounds before normal use.
