Overview

DC31-000123F is the AC series-excited main motor of Samsung’s drum washing machine, responsible for the washing and dehydration processes. This motor is compatible with multiple models of the Samsung WF series.

Installation

• Power off and water supply are cut off. Move the washing machine away, level the body, and remove the bottom protective panel.
• Unplug the 9-pin connection line of the motor, loosen the fixing bolts, and remove the old motor.
• Position and install the new motor, tighten the fixing screws, and install the shock-absorbing rubber pads.
• Plug in the wiring plug firmly, check that the wiring is not loose or misaligned.
• Reinstall the base plate, reset the washing machine, and conduct a power-on idle test to check for any abnormal sounds. Once there are no such sounds, the installation is complete.
