Installation

• Power failure and water cut-off. Lower the washing machine, remove the back cover plate and the belt, and withdraw the transmission pulley.
• Remove the locking nut at the bearing end, take out the main shaft, separate the front and rear shells of the outer cylinder, and take out the damaged old tripod.
• Clean the dirt inside the cylinder and the remaining sealing rings, replace with a brand-new water seal bearing kit.
• Insert the new tripod, evenly and diagonally tighten the fixing bolts to ensure no edge翘ing at the end face.
• Reset the main shaft， the pulley， and the belt， close the outer cylinder， restore the shell， and test the machine with no-load operation to check for abnormal sounds and water leakage.
