Overview

DC62-00233C is a dedicated three-head water inlet valve for Samsung washing machines, featuring a split coil structure with one inlet and three outlets. It comes in 220V and 110V voltage versions and can be interchanged with models of the same suffix series. It is mostly used in Samsung washing and drying combination machines, controlling the water supply for multiple water channels.

Installation

• Cut off the power and water supply. Unplug the power cord of the washing machine and close the water inlet valve of the tap.
• Remove the upper cover of the washing machine, unscrew the external water inlet pipe of the valve body, and remove the connection terminals of the two side coils.
• Remove the old water inlet valve, align the locking position and install the new DC62-00233C valve body.
• Restore the three water outlet pipes corresponding to the water outlets, and connect the coil plugs.
• Tighten the water inlet hose, run water and power on to test the water, and check that there is no water leakage from each pipe opening.

Note

• Before installation, make sure to cut off the water supply and the power supply of the entire machine to avoid water leakage and electric shock. The wiring must strictly follow the voltage specifications.
• The filter screen at the water inlet should be disassembled and cleaned regularly. If the screen gets clogged with sand, it may cause the water intake to slow down and the valve body to be damaged prematurely.
• When selecting the model, first check the marked voltage. The 110V and 220V valve bodies cannot be used interchangeably. Using the wrong voltage can easily burn out the coil.
• After installation, conduct water pressure testing. Ensure that the three water outlet hoses are properly plugged in to prevent the valve from detaching and causing water overflow during operation.
